Zac was recommended from someone on our development. We had a few plumbing problems. He came ontime on the same day of the problem and carried out the repairs. Recommendation to anyway who has any urgent/non-urgent plumbing or heating problems.
Zac responded to my enquiry immediately and came to our house late at night to resolve a leak that would have caused alot of damage had it been left overnight. It required a new part and he arrived at the house first thing the next morning as soon as he could get the part and finished the job. Absolute professionalism and outstanding customer service. We found Zac details from a Facebook page and asked him to quote about some bathroom changes we wanted done. He was extremely quick with his responses, thorough to ensure he asked the right questions and gave a very competitive quote. Zac came over at 2.00am to locate a pipe leak in ceiling, with watr running down walls and through light fitting. He was efficient, polite and very thorough in repairing the broken joints that were in a very awkward place. He stayed until 5.30am and ensured all was working properly before he left. He was also mindful of wearing his mask at all times. Thankyou
Zac has come out to me a few times now after another company caused a flood in my kitchen as appliances were not installed correctly. He was on time, reliable and so lovely. He has just quoted us for a bigger job and waiting for him to start! Highly recommend!

I called Zac today and asked if he could come over and have a look at a couple of issues. He kept in constant contact over his arrival time. Zac and Josh came over and sorted out a vast amount of damp and mould that had been growing in my loft and roof, they disposed of all the damp, laid down new floor boards, tidied up the whole area. Zac is always reliable, gets the job done properly if you need anything done in the house then he is the first person I would call.
